Just wanted to take a quick minute to compliment Home Care Assistance and their new hire, Marcus. It looks like he is a terrific fit here, and would most likely be welcome anywhere. He is a quick study on how things are done, and has a mid-western style work ethic I don't often see. When Dr. Bob was in the mood for a nap instead of breakfast this morning, Marcus used the time to sweep and mop the bathroom. Yesterday, Marcus helped me take Dr. Bob to a specialist appointment without much need for instruction or correction. In fact, he thought of a better way to transport my father quickly through the house and out to the car. Thanks for sending me a caregiver who is an effective communicator, good listener, careful reader, and hard worker, in addition to his attentiveness to my father's safety and well being. Dr. Bob really appreciates him, and so do I.
