Home Away From Home. The Best Care For The Little People You Love The Most.

I am looking for one child or at most 2 siblings to watch in my home on a part time basis.
Experience: My whole life has been spent working with children. I truly love kids. I am the oldest of 9 siblings. I spent my summers babysitting by age 14. I am happily married to my sweetheart of 25 years. We have four great kids, 3 of them are grown. Our youngest is a sweet 8 year old little boy.
I have taught children for over 20 years in 4-H, Sunday School, and as a homeschool teacher. I have worked on committees involving youth fairs, child based community citizenship projects, and children's Christmas parades. Each year I am involved in a 2 week summer camp that has over 5,000 children ages preschool thru 8th grade in attendance. My job is to oversee the safety and well being of 30+ teachers and hundreds of 4th and 6th grade campers.
We live on a peaceful, neat and tidy farm with 9 acres. We like to go walking outside everyday weather permitting. We have 3 outside pets that all like little people attention, a blue heeler puppy, a cat, and a miniature donkey.
I am very organized and a good listener. I respect and believe that parents know what is best for their kids. I love to laugh. I love to hear children laugh. I have a clean, smoke free home.

I do charge more than most child care providers at $15 per hour, but unlike most , I am looking for only one or two special little people to focus on, care for, teach, play with and love at a time.
