The new management is not equipped to deal with dogs. Despite passing the screening the lady would not let my dog stay because when I was dropping him off the owner grabbed his butt without warning and was shocked he was startled. I was able to leave my parents dog with them but got a call less than 2 days later that she died in their care. Do not trust them with your dog
