Home Away From Home Family Child Care

Following the birth of our first son, I "retired" from the medical research field and started a family child care business in our home. I welcome all the day families into our home and our lives. Some of my closest friends now are families I met through my child care business. I love to see how the children have grown and thrived, turning into respectful, successful young people. What I love most about this business is meeting families I probably wouldn't otherwise have met, due to different ages of children, different neighborhoods, churches, etc. I am proud that give parents the opportunity to work without having to worry about their child.
I care for children from 6 weeks to 8 years of age, including before and after school care The school bus services Wilson Elementary or Immaculate Heart of Mary My hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm. I provide all the paraphernalia for the babies (and babies do need a lot of "stuff!") I provide "normal" formula and baby food, also all "normal" food for the older children. Parents bring a pack of diapers to keep here; all you have to bring each day is your child, no packing a diaper bag every morning. I pay income tax so you can claim the tax credit on your end.
We have a large fenced in back yard with play area; a composite wood deck, so no splinters and a driveway for the Cozy Coupes.
