About
Home Away From Home Child Care & Learning Center is a home childcare facility that has a nursery room, toddler room, circle time center, computer center with access to ABC Mouse.com. We also have reading station, writing station, and an arts and crafts station. The Home Center has a garden that the children help tend. Thursdays are story time at the neighborhood library. We have incorporated into our program a preschool curriculum. We at Home Away From Home want to make sure toddlers are ready for Kindergarten. We conduct fire drills and hazard drills in accordance to home Licensing regulations. All staff are CPR and First Aid certified. As the facility director I have a Bachelor's in Business with 100 hours of specialized training in childcare. I am licensed with the Child Services Division of Texas. We absolutely love kids and would love for you to make Home Away From Home your child's home away from home.
