Home Away From Home Adult Day Health Center offers care Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00 and Saturday 7:30-2:00. Our home like center offers skilled care, personal care, social services and multiple therapeutic activity choices, meals and transportation. The atmosphere at Home Away From Home is very upbeat and active. Our participants are adults age 18+. We provide individualized care based on the participant's needs. Community outings and transportation to medical appointments are also available to ourparticipants. Our multicultural center has qualified staff that speak English, Spanish, Khmer, and Mandarin.
