Wish I could give no stars. Totally incompetent money hungry liers! We made a specific appointment for a test that I already had the prescription for from my vet and sent over all our records. The test was urgent but not an emergency yet, I made that clear, and I was promised they could get us in.

Then the day of the appointment I call to confirm before leaving. They first tell me there is no appointment and we are not in the system. Later I find out we were in the system but 2 days ago they removed the appointment without telling me. Then I find out they won't accept my doctors prescription even though I sent them all the test results and x-rays.

So basically they canceled our appointment because they wanted more money from getting 2 appointments, 1 for another consult that we didn't need to get the prescription for the test that we already had and another delayed appointment for the test which cost $850.

It is really great that they claim they record their phone calls because guess what? We ALWAYS record our medical phone calls. They straight up lied putting my pet's life needlessly in more danger and causing him more pain and suffering waiting for what they knew was an important test. Rather, they jerked us around trying to get another appointment and more money. Don't walk, RUN away!!! Found same test with a vet in Howell for 75% less!!!

After reading their other reviews, it seems there is A LOT of incompetency with staff, tests, and procedures including doing procedures they know are not prepared to do, botched dental and no pain treatment after surgeries, even a botched euthanasia - Disgraceful!!! We are VERY grateful to have nothing further to do with this place. Our botched appointment was a blessing in disguise!
