Hey there!

Hannah and Ellie are new to Des Moines and have a house in the easter lake area. We both have a lot of experience with children. We both currently work in daycare centers but are opening our own! This is more like in-home babysitting, but we are familiar with structure and nutrition thanks to our daycare backgrounds. We are doing this because firstly we'd like to be close to home while working, and the demand for childcare in the south area is growing! We are also hoping to become mothers ourselves in the next few years. We are both actively pursuing our degrees in education and love what we do! We are CPR, DHS/mandatory child abuse reporting certified as well as having our TB clearance, fingerprints and background checks through our employers.

Separate Bios:


Ellie is a navy wife from San Diego California. Her husband got stationed in Des Moines as a doctor for the reserve base in August of 2013, and they bought a house in Easter Lake. Her experience includes being a camp counselor, a matron for the jail, aide in an in-home daycare, intern for the DSM city council, and a year and a half working for the school district in san diego with elementary aged special needs children, as well as many private and volunteer jobs involving children.

Hannah is currently a pre-school teacher in Polk City. She has been nannying for 5 years and was also an aide for children with autism.
