Hillcrest Home Health is a fully licensed and accredited Home Health Agency. Based in Plano, TX but serving all of Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant, Ellis Johnson, Rockwall and Kaufman counties.

We offer virtually every type of care a Senior or disabled or recovering person would need. Let's visit one on one, but here is a short list of our services.

> Skilled nursing via Medicare or Aetna* coverage if you qualify and per physician's orders.

> This may include in-home doctor and nurse visits, an Aide to assist with getting up, bathed and dressed one, two or three hours? per week.

> Post surgical, wound and ostomy care. Pain & medication management. Diabetes education. Tube feeding & intravenous therapy.

> Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.

* We are an approved but out of network provider with Aetna meaning their will be a 20% patient co-pay. In most cases we can work with you to discount your co-pay portion.

> Non-Medical [and therefore not Medicare or insurance covered] Personal Assistance Services on a longer term basis such as 4 to 8 to even 12 hours per day, one to seven days per week.

> 24/7 coverage also available including double shifts or live in's.

> Examples: basic personal care and grooming, bathing and dressing, toileting, meal prep and serving, clean up, home chores and sundry errands.

> Safety monitoring and companionship for persons who need accompaniment.

> Medication reminders, doctor, dentist or other appointments.

> Local transportation, shopping, drop off and pick up's. Limited pet care.

BY THE WAY - these Personal Assistance Services are NOT age restricted, nor do they require a doctor's order.

We can assist anyone who needs some help with their activities of daily living such as shopping, errands, housecleaning, home chores, pet care and the like.

That include soccer moms, single parents, people who don't like to drive in this crazy Dallas traffic and more.

Standard hourly rate is $16/hour but may be discounted for longer hourly shifts or case by case.

Standard live in rate is $192/day [$8/hour] but may be discounted for long term cases, such as past 90 days on continuous service or case by case.
