Hi-Pointe was started by the mother of a medically fragile child who benefited from years of home care services. She learned that a successful home care experience can only be achieved if it is delivered with compassion, empathy and love. She started Hi-Pointe to advocate for families, expanding the possibilities of home care for children and adults of all ages who would have previously been limited to acute or long-term care as their only options.

Our mission at Hi-Pointe is to improve the quality of life for our clients by continuously providing quality care through clinical excellence, extraordinary service and compassionate care. We therefore take a very proactive approach to care management.

Our certified caregivers are experienced and trained through rigorous and in-depth lessons customized for the needs of each client. We also screen our caregivers carefully so you'll be able to trust that you are getting the best possible assistance. All of our caregivers are screened by the Virginia State Police before beginning employment.
