My name is Sha Herring. I am an independent experienced registered nurse in my own practice.

I work with retired executives who do not want to move into a retirement community and or those who want to age in place regardless of any life limiting diagnosis.

I help my clients to live life on their own terms & to keep their dignity in the place where they are most familiar.....the place they know by heart....their HOME.

I provide full medical management, care management, nurse navigation, customized supportive living services, personal care, medication management, meal preparation for special diets, restorative exercises, assistance to & from medical appointments.

I specialize in post hospital & post rehab care especially for those with movement disorders, Parkinson's, PSP, strokes & generalized muscle deconditioning.

I help them get back on their feet as quickly as possible. .

I serve my clients in 3 ways;

#1. POST HOSPITAL, POST REHAB CARE.
I love caring for older adults after discharge from a hospital or rehab. It brings me great satisfaction to see my clients get back on their feet especially after losing the ability to walk or care for themselves...it happens after too many days in a bed.

#2. CHRONIC ILLNESS & SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT.
When it is time to reduce or stop those frequent trips to the hospital, i work with with patients to manage chronic symptoms. My goal here is to help your loved one to enjoy each day as much as possible regardless of what their medical diagnosis says.

#3. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE NAVIGATION:
In caregiving, nothing is simple & no decision is easy and that is why i offer this service. Through care management & care navigation i help professionals who are long distance family caregivers. I serve as their eyes & ears making sure that all the doctors & care providers know what is going on and i help families with reliable information so that they make decisions with confidence & minimal stress
