About Heron Point Care
Heron Point Care is the only in-home care provider solely focused on Memory Care in the Boston area.
Our innovative approach to Memory/Dementia Care allows our caregivers to alleviate symptoms while also slowing symptom progression. We specifically focus on activities which have been shown to slow cognitive decline in people with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Our care programs are tailored to each individual and reviewed by our on-staff RN's on a bi-weekly basis to make sure they're working effectively.
Duringthese unprecedented times, we have implemented all of the CDC and WHO-recommended precautions in order to provide our clients with the safest possible in-home care experience.
To help families during the COVID-19 crisis, we're offering the first week of care free (up to 15 hours).
