Heritage is Oakdale s Premier Preschool! We are bringing best practice in child development and high quality learning to Oakdale.
We offer a comprehensive educational curriculum, HighScope where children learn through active involvement with people, materials, events, and ideas. We encourage and support the children to become independent, responsible, and confident ready for school and ready for life.
We utilize the Reggio Emilia philosophy and our over-an-acre of land, to provide discovery based learning where children plant and explore our garden, tend-to our chickens, and construct and learn with real materials in our outdoor mud pie kitchen, sandbox, loose parts area, etc. There is opportunities in every aspect for active learning!
Heritage also gives children the opportunity to build faith foundations, using the Bible as a cornerstone children memorize scripture, learn bible stories, and sing and dance to bible songs!
