About

Our method of teaching, is a "hand-on" approach. Children, as most people, learn easiest and have more fun when they learn through their senses and by experiences. Our main educational goal is to foster a desire for learning within each child and enrich his/her self-esteem. Therefore our staff work closely with our children to ensure that each child is treated fairly and has the same opportunities as other children to learn and play.We present information through games and activities which involve the child. The child is a participant, not just an observer, and is involved in a variety of creative learning activities.Children here are encouraged to be children; we do not believe they are small adults. the individual progress, growth, and development of every child are important to us here at Helping Hands. The environment at the daycare promotes learning while having fun during the process.
