We are running a special as well, anyone who signs up with the company by 8/15/19 will automatically get our special rate cut of $9.00 an hour on all services except lawn care and transportation. Home health includes light housekeeping and transportation;therefore rate will be 9/hr still, looking for affordable and flexible services that works with your financial budget and schedule,Helping Hands is the place to look for. Helping Hands Assisted Living Service, LLC is an independent service provider. Are you or alove one interested in an interview with some staff in your area for the services you need? We are pretty flexible with pay rates and payments and also have the non-state funded wavier program for low income families. There are no up front fees and no paperwork process other than a service agreement to sign upon deciding on coming on to our company.We service 13 States, we offer child care, home health/assisted living&skilled nursing, transportation, housekeeping, and lawn care. We service one-time jobs, as needed, temp, seasonal, part time, and full time as well. We do background and drug screening upon hire of our staff , but you may do your own if you choose, all are in-house trained in CPR and first aid abuse and neglect and has to take the online training written test for both training as well and given a certificate for first aid and CPR. If interested we send a client in take questionnaire,contact list, and resumes via email from staff in your area who we hired off indeed and if after interviewing staff and you decide to come aboard the company you just let us know then we move forward with signing a service agreement. Staff is already on payroll and pay rates are not discussed with staff because what you would pay and how you would pay would not be what their paid an hour nor how they get paid which is bi/weekly.
