At Helpers At Home, our mission is to provide the best care possible to you or your loved one. All of our caregivers are experienced and monitored for performance on a regular basis. During the hiring process, we perform extensive background checks as well as DMV driving records. All of our caregivers are required to possess CPR certifications, and TB testing must be up to date. We offer free in home assessments and a customized care plan to accommodate your needs. Our services are available not only to seniors,but to disabled individuals, and special needs cases as well. As the old saying goes, "home is where the heart is" and our goal is to keep our clients in the environment where they are most happy (home) for as long as possible. Our caregivers are compassionate and caring and possess all the skills necessary to provide comfort and peace of mind. Our agency utilizes electronic timekeeping software to monitor service time provided to our clients, eliminating billing errors and giving you free online access to services provided. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can also accommodate caregiver interviews at our clients' request. We offer hourly care as well as 24 hour care, hospitalization companion care and transportation upon discharge. We have a minimum of 3 hours for services provided, and can start most cases within 24-48 hours.
