We offer your loved one an ideal home care solution. Our caregivers are not only skilled and trained in their specialty, but also provide the proper bedside manner that is expected from a health care professional.
An independent lifestyle fosters dignity and a sense of purpose. For most of us, the word "home" evokes warm feelings of comfort, security and well-being. For older adults, home also means holding tight to cherished memories and maintaining self-esteem and independence.
When illness, injury, or age makelife a little more challenging, remaining at home in a comfortable, familiar environment encourages recovery and enhances the quality of life. Many families are caught in a bind when their elderly loved ones need help but they are either too busy or too far away to help. Hearts On Call bridges this gap by providing a bonded and insured employee to care for your elderly loved ones. We can provide In Home Elder Care Services, including all Non Skilled Services.
Hearts on Call was created from a desire to advocate for and care for adults in their own home. Our family of owners, creators, and administrators has had loved ones who were either ill, aging or injured, and required companion or skilled care. At times, there was no option other than nursing home or hospital for them. We saw a growing need for all loved ones who want to stay at home but cannot fully care for themselves, to have the support of individuals who are gifted and skilled to care for them. We are locally owned and managed with strong relationships in numerous counties in and around the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. We are in Franklin, Dayton, Fairfield, Tipp City, Piqua, Lima and Findlay.
Our Caregivers are truly Care Givers, good people with big hearts that enjoy the company of those who need care and companionship.
Our caregivers are expected to perform at a higher level of competence than the ordinary caregiver. We train them with a strong foundation of standards so we don't have to guess what they know or how they respond. We are licensed by Caregiver Quality Assurance whose seal of approval helps families when trying to choose the right home care company to care for their loved ones.
We train each person to properly, legally and lovingly care for our clients. We must know that each caregiver has good problem solving skills and the ability to learn new skills where needed. We perform criminal background checks, substance abuse tests, elder abuse and driving record screenings.…
