About Hearts In Bloom Memory Day Care
Hearts in Bloom Memory Day Care is an intimate home setting providing assistance in activities of daily living, physical and cognitive exercise as well as a safe relaxing environment. Clients will help in planning and preparing healthy snacks and noon time meals. We will work together to eliminate loneliness, boredom, feelings of helplessness and fears that account for much of the hardship among our loved ones suffering from a form of dementia.
