I started this agency because I had a personal experience when my aunt who raised me was terminally ill and put into hospice last year. The companionship and love of those around her brought her back to life and as a result, we were told she had to leave hospice and could go home. That was great news, but it left our family without having anyone to give her around the clock care and attention since all of us had to return to our jobs. Trying to coordinate the different home health aids and their schedules ourselves, proved to be another full time job and very stressful. My aunt has since passed away and I don't want to see other families go through what mine went through, unable to simply cherish every moment with her, stress free.
