We are a home health care agency that just opened up called Heart to Heart Caring LLC serving the local county's of Oakland, Macomb, and Livingston areas. Our main mission is to provide the best patient advocacy with care, love and understanding. Heart to Heart We Care, Heart to Heart We Love, and Heart to Heart We Understand is our company statement. -Bathing, Dental Care, Dressing, Brief Changes

Specialty Care
-Vitals (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Pulse OX, Temperature), Catheter Care, Blood Sugar Checks and Monitoring
-Medication Reminders or Med Passing

Transfers
-Foyer Lift
-Wheel Chair Transfers
-Belt Transfers (Wraps around the waist)

Light Housework
-Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, toilet clean-up, etc

Meal-Prep
-Cooking
-If the patient has diet restrictions or is even diabetic, monitoring that within a book log

Transportation
-Rides to appointments
-Grocery shopping trips
-Rides to different activities throughout the area

Companionship
-Hobbies
-Activities
-Outings
