Heart Is Home Cooperative Care

We are a local, worker-owned cooperative providing homemaker and personal care services to individuals in their homes.

We inspire living through compassionate care and quality service, because we are worker-owned. Our worker-owners will go above and beyond for our clients to provide a quality of life for them through honest and compassionate care.

Our worker-owners reflect the cultures and languages of New Mexico, and the challenges of securing quality home care in our rural communities. We have worked hard to develop a cooperative spirit and we follow the cooperative principles.

We are formed as a Cooperative Association with the State of New Mexico.

Personal Care Services including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as: assistance with bathing, dressing, and caring for teeth and hair; support with eating, drinking and toileting; and mobility such as transferring and walking

Medication reminders, observation and recording

Healthy meals and snacks

Light housekeeping & laundry

Transportation assistance and accompaniment

Engagement in quality time that encourages movement and brain activity, and keeps sleep time in a healthy balance

Pet Care for one or two household pets (additional charge)

Coordination for additional services including yard
work, home repair, in-home barber and beauty services,
and other such services (additional charge).

We can meet your scheduling needs, whether it is a few hours a week, a few days a week, or needs such as overnight care or respite services.
