PRIVATE DUTY NURSING SERVICES
Nursing services are provided to clients based on need and as ordered by their physician to assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic in-home environment. Our in-home nursing services include, but are not limited to, following:

Care After Surgery, Injury, Stroke, Cardiac Event Med Box Prefills Venipuncture Foot Care Diet Foley Catheter Care Skin Care Wound Care Diabetic Care Injections Home Safety



IN HOME PERSONAL CARE

Personal Care Services are performed by our staff of Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides. Upon admission, a Healthy Living representative, along with the client and family, will develop a Personal Care Plan listing the tasks to be completed at each visit. Plans are routinely reviewed and updated to fit the client's changing needs. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities such as:

PEDIATRIC & ADULT LONG-TERM CARE

In-home long-term care pediatric and adult long-term care provides block time services to clients based on their needs. Services are provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and/or Personal Care Aides. Healthy Living will provide assessments for clients under the age of twenty-onto determine eligibility for services and/or level of service needed. An assessment will be completed on request (per client, family, doctor, etc.) for clients over the age of twenty-one.



CARING COMPANIONS

Caring Companions is a private pay service that is available to all clients who want assistance with household services, errands, transportation or who just need a bit of companionship. Our personalized and affordable services provide our clients the help they need to safely and comfortably maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their home.Shopping assistance for everything from groceries to holiday gifts In-home meal preparation Transportation to doctors appointments, visit friends and family, attend events, or lunch at their favorite restaurant Light Housekeeping Laundry Pet care When your loved one needs a little care and comfort, and you need peace of mind we are here for you!
