1,000-2,000 square foot: $110-135
Over 2,000 square foot: $150-175
Deep Cleaning
Under 1,000 square foot: $125
1,000-2,000 square foot: $200
Over 2,000square foot: $300
Move out cleaning: $160-$300

Standard cleaning includes sweeping,mopping,vacuuming dusting and wiping down furniture and dusting window sills.
Deep cleaning removes a deeper level of grime and dirt in the bedrooms,bathrooms,living areas and kitchen. Deep cleaning also includes kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, window sills, ceiling fan blades, base boards and molding.
Move out cleaning includes mopping, vacuuming and a full cleaning that includes wall, all cabinets and other areas you haven't cleaned since you moved in.

*Will not move any furniture. All vacuuming sweeping, mopping and baseboard cleaning will be done around the furniture. Will not dust anything that requires a ladder. If you would like kitchen sink to be cleaned it must be free of any dishes. TV screens and computer monitors will not be wiped down. Will clean window blinds for an additional cost. You must remove the blinds and hang them back up.
