As a graduate of Indiana University, an apprentice of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, an educator of childhood developement, and mother of 12+ years experience, I am currently seeking to welcome new additions (3 yrs. or younger) to the daily routines of our home. A safe Montessori-like environment, filled with planned and innovative learning approaches for both infants and toddlers where stimulating and creative activities are encouraged daily.
Activities include but are not limited to the following:
Tranquil music & piano time
Pretend play & collaborative play
Art & hands on learning
Self-directed activity
Dr. Seuss reading time
* Reading times throughout day are exclusively silly rhythmic prose of Dr. Seuss, as they are important to early childhood development and learning language.
Daily reports provided weekly.
