So I used their services for an occasional clean for the first time going back to professional cleaning, and the guy who came had went straight to work, never bothered me. Also he was extremely thorough and professional. He spent about 2 and a half hours cleaning my house and I paid him at the end. I would highly recommend and I am going to continue my service with them.

Honest review time! Harrison's Cleaning Solutions

I get a quote for a move out cleaning through email based on square footage for $150 + $25 deposit, and the night before my husband and I go through the house and sweep and do some light cleaning because I'm used to having to clean it myself and haven't hired a company before, boy it turned out eventful. I have work the next day and Colin doesn't. He swing by to clear out the backyard and make sure they get into the house while I'm at work. They tell him that it might cost more than they quoted and he tells them to call me because I handle all the bills. I'm at work and can't answer my phone when I'm at the shipyard because no personal phones, right? Okay. I get off work (around 4) to TONS of calls, voicemails, texts saying that I've ghosted them and they're going to charge me for waiting because they're not allowed to leave the house until they've received payment apparently. Nowhere and no how was this ever stated, nowhere on the website, email, nothing. They had cashapp requested me $250 and then canceled the request. Then text me and say its going to be $325 and I text them and send them the $150 we agreed on because nobody told them to clean anyways without me agreeing to a difference in the price, let alone being charged to wait for me to pay? I tried to work out 2 payments with them since i had already paid a deposit prior and they ignored me, refunded me and pretended to text me on accident. I get my security deposit and apparently they now told my landlord the cost was $425 now. I text them saying I going to leave an honest review as I have all the proof I need, and he goes off on me. I ask if he called me just to argue or to try to come to a solution and he goes off even more so I hang up, and he tries calling me back to argue and yell more. So here's ONE of my honest reviews.
