We are a non medical home care company that provides excellent and compassionate care for your loved ones no matter where they call home.
We offer as little as 4 hours of care per day right up to 24 hour coverage and can render a plethora of services be it, adl care, pet care, transportation, etc.
Also all our patient cases are assessed and managed by a assigned licensed nurse supervisor who is available 24/7 and is responsible for the care plan the caregiver will follow.
Additonally we offer no cost assistancewith veterans, their spouses and survivor spouse in attaining their aide and attendance benefit which may qualify them for up to 80 hours of care per month , we also offer ltc insurance billing and are a preferred provider for CAL PERS LTC insurance and can also help with creative financing. We offer our FULL SERVICE RED CARPET program that step by step walks you thru the down sizing of your home to the actual move and placement in care facility or other setting and a MINI RED CARPET program for residents returning home from acute care, skilled nursing or assisted living and need a nice gentle re introduction to their home environment. Our own Proprietary and software based memory care at home program ALZBETTER is also available and consists of a nurse case manager and special trained caregivers in the areas of Alzheimer's and dementia. In 2015 we will also see the start of our new MOMS CARE PROGRAM that will offer personalized and skilled assistance with moms prior to their child's birth and care afterwards especially for high risk mothers..
