This company absolutely sucks! It's $155 plus tip and if you want to include teeth cleaning it's $180!!! For those prices, you expect stellar service but NOPE! I've tried them three times: the first time they took my dogs collar with them and had to mail it back to me, the second and third time they canceled my appointment the day of the service and rescheduled me to a random day without seeing if it worked for my schedule. After explaining this to them and asking if they could provide a discounted rate for the multiple last minute cancellations (twice) they simply said, "We do not do any discounts unfortunately". And as if that isn't enough, EVERY SINGLE TIME my dog has left with a painful razor burn rash on his under belly (see photo) that takes a week+ to heal even though I ask them every time to not use a razor down there. Long story short, this is a horrible company that is charging luxury prices and giving a cheap grooming experience. Please go to anyone else but them.

This person is trash. The girl drives this grooming van down the freeway like a maniac. Tries to hit other people while giving them the finger. Thais happened today Oct 23 at 5:30 pm... the phone number is on the side of the van. Worthless dog grooming trash.

Great, friendly people. The whole process was very enjoyable, from booking to grooming. The groomer texted when on the way. Best of all... the dog LOVED it. She tends to hate care rides so not having to go to the groomer was a huge plus. Will recommend Happy Spa Dogs to all my friends, great business.

I initially had a great experience and then a horrible one. Lauren is the best groomer and we always made sure to schedule her. Then on Friday when she was supposed to be here they ended up sending Scott and my dogs are wary of men, so then they reschedule me with Lauren on Sunday but end up sending some woman who basically sent the dogs back wet with no grooming. She said they had diarrhea every where but I didn't see any in the van. Plus they both pooped right after I got them but I have never seen them so worked up emotionally, I don't know what happened but they were traumatized. Then they get me set up for Lauren today but cancelled the night before. Then they schedule me for Nov 1. I ask for a refund for the 160 they charged me for a half assed bath and a refund for the 230 they charged me for a grooming that we haven't received. I wanted the refund and said I would pay the 230 once Lauren showed up to groom and they said they no longer wanted me as a client. I was more than understanding through out this whole fiasco but I do warn you...they do overcharge and charge you for services you haven't received and this is not the first billing issue that I have had. While Lauren was awesome I do not recommend this company any more. Find somewhere else because they are super shady in not just sending the wrong groomers but also in how and what they charge you for.

We have them three small breeds to wash and trim nails, they washed but DID NOT clip ANYONE'S nails or brush out the matting behind one of our dogs ears. We also gave the our beautiful black Newfoundland nice and hair NO matting was on her upper body, only minor matting on her belly located by her tail and underarms, they returned our Newfie to us COMPLETELY SHAVED down to her SKIN!! The only hair that was left on her was on her head and her tail! Absolutely no explanation was given to us for this treatment and on top of it they handed us a bill for almost $500 I highly recommend never using this company I'm just grateful they didn't drive off with all my dogs in the van!

Worst groomer possible. If you have another choice take it.

Pet owners please BEWARE. I recently applied to work for this company and did a second interview today with the owner that made me feel responsible for sharing this.

I am an animal lover and would love to work with them and this company is offering a groomer-in-training position with no experience required and the possibility of making over $100k a year if you are picked to be trained and certified as a full groomer with them.

I was told they start you off as a bather only and if you show them you can finish bathing a dog FAST enough, they will then choose you as someone to train as a groomer in full and get you certified whereupon you make 45% commission per animal serviced.

If you don't do it fast enough, you are NOT chosen to be trained as a groomer.

The goal, I was told, was to finish bathing AND grooming a dog in under 45 minutes ultimately.

I was told after ONLY TWO weeks training under a professional, suddenly, the bather is to work as a bather ALONE in a small van with NO SUPERVISION until they show they can bathe dogs FAST enough before they decide if they want to train them as a groomer, and again, this bathing job is open for people who have NEVER had experience bathing dogs before.

He clarified at the end of the interview that they may reach out to an interviewee and either offer they find bathing experience and then go to them, or find bathing experience elsewhere period, or decide to hire them.

I asked him, for the time I am left alone to bathe the dogs, am I, as a trainee (after only two weeks of bathing training), given only dogs that have been bathed by their company before or are accustomed to being professionally bathed? (because a first time dog experience at a professional grooming place with a complete stranger, for me or my pets, should never be in the UNSUPERVISED hands of someone who has had only two weeks professional training experience in their entire lives bathing an animal) His response was NO, they don't filter the dogs out for the trainees. You get a mixed bag of dogs.

To leave your dog, alone in a van with someone who has little experience and your dog happens to be one who's a rescue or a fearful anxious dog can be disastrous all around.

I wanted to make sure I would do the best in caring for the animals so I asked, do they take pets that have never been professionally bathed and if so, was there a system in line to slowly introduce them into the bathing experience or do they just immediately go into bathing and grooming? He said, they immediately go into bathing and grooming (in their under 45 minutes quota)

Please imagine what that can be like as a first time experience.

I asked them do you offer a smaller package where the dog is first time only brushed, nails clipped and ears cleaned (so they don't have a completely traumatizing experience their first time at a grooming place-in a small enclosed space to add-to be rushed into being bathed and groomed in under 45 minutes!) The owner's response was no we don't because otherwise we wouldn't make any money!

This is a company with a fleet of vans, that told me their multiple groomers make $100k+ a year at 45% commission and are soon to be expanding to Riverside and his statement is as if his business is in need of making money to survive.

Having read the reviews here of some people being shocked that their dog was finished in 15 minutes or came back smelling and still wet orworse, cut up I had to shed some light on what I learned today.

This is my opinion only that this place isn't taking the kind of precautions I would like a place to if i was looking for a grooming place. Please take your time in finding a genuine good mobile company or groomer, and usually they aren't the ones that are turning their business into a fast food chain version of bathing and grooming. You and your furry loved ones deserve better!

Steer clear of this place. They refused service after providing a quote simply because we requested that they skip the blow dryer because it makes our dog nervous. Gave some lame e cause about too long to hand dry and I said no worries we take him back damp it's fine. They still refused. Very callous attitude!
