WELCOME TO HAPPY DAYS CHILD DAYCARE CENTER
We are a daycare program serving preschoolers (2.5-5 years of age), after schoolers, and the community. We are so lucky to have been nurturing children since 2013 in the heart of Jersey City. We strive to ensure your child’s safety in our clean, spacious, fun classroom.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Jersey City walking distance to the Path Trains and transportation in Journal Square. Our school offers a loving, safe, and educational environment for your child to grow, learn and play. Our small class size provides the children with plenty of one-on-one instruction with our exceptional staff.
In our school, we focus on the whole child and emphasize the importance of play. We believe that every child is a precious gift entrusted in our care. This belief translates into our every interaction throughout the day. Another core value at Happy Days is that children learn best through play. Our classroom environment offers many opportunities for a child to explore, learn, and socialize. Our small class size offers our students many opportunities for one-on-one attention to help them grow in a loving environment. Our food program provides nutritious meals that are USDA approved.
Through our curriculum, We aim to nurture your child’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. We strive to help every child get ready for kindergarten. The curriculum covers all the various concepts that complete an early childhood education: Literacy, pre-Math, Social Sciences, Sciences, Music and Art. In addition, we offer a rich program of daily specialty classes including Art, Yoga, Music, Dance, and Physical Education.
Our staff has over 25 years of experience in child care. Our director is a Master's Level Child and Adolescent Psychologist. Our staff bring not only their wonderful experience but personal and professional warmth into our school, making Happy Days a small family. You can rest assured your child is in the best program.
