Happy Bedtime is the result of 15 years of experience as a mother and the passion to teach families around the world good sleeping habits. At Happy Bedtime we study your child's current routine and suggest the necessary changes to help your children learn to sleep independently and the amount of hours that they need to grow healthy and happy.
Happy Bedtime's approach is not a one-size-fits-all method; we work on a personalized plan to satisfy every family's needs, implementing our skills and knowledge and get the solution to their struggles in a short period of time.
Our methods are very gentle. Teaching a baby how to sleep doesn't mean letting them cry. Instead, for us it is very important that they feel safe and loved at every moment of their lives, especially at bedtime so they can get well rested nights.
