The derogatory review from April was recently brought to my attention. this was a revenge review. I would never deny water to dogs.or scream at them. Because of the date and info, I do know who wrote it. Their dogs were very destructive and I asked them to pay the damages according to the boarding agreement that they signed, When they came to get the dogs, instead of leashing them, they allowed them to run around and I had to ask them to get control of their dogs. I also told them that i was not willing to board their dogs again.

My dogs are very happy to go to this kennel and pull us to go in. they are very well cared for and get a lot of attention
I drive over an hour to bring them here because of the compassion and care.

If I could give a zero I would because Peg Boarded our 2 dogs while we went on vacation in spring of 2018. While dropping off our dogs we noticed peg would scream and yell loudly at customers dogs and ours because they were barking. We noticed no water bowl in our dogs kennel when dropping them off and picking them up. When picking up our pets peg was once again screaming at our dogs and other dogs because our dogs were excited to see us. Our dogs appeared to have been given no water over the 4 days staying there and one of our dogs has hard time walking as if she hurt her hip or back legs. We are not happy with the lack of care our pets and everyone else's had received and we will nolonger be bringing our pets there. One of our dogs has had obedience training with peg and that's why we decided to bring them there for boarding. Peg did not act like the same nice woman she led us to believe she was. She was very mean to all the animals, showed no care. When we brought dogs home they drank water as though they haven't had any for days. Never again.
