This is why Halos at Home does not believe in on the job training and only accepts new caregivers with a strong prior employment history in caring for seniors. Additionally, all of our caregivers are required to have impeccable recommendations from previous clients, religious and volunteer organizations, healthcare institutions, and other caregiving services.
