Half Pint Learning Center and Child Care is a preschool based home daycare that is located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. We care for children ages 20 months to 5 years old. My sister Christine and I are the caregivers at Half Pint. My name is Kim, I have over seven years experience teaching in a child care and Preschool setting. I started out as an aide, and after about a year, I decided to become a teacher. I absolutely love working with children and my sister and I are focused on providing high quality child care for your children. All children deserve a positive, happy, and encouraging childhood to learn, grow and discover their true potential.
We have a big fenced in back yard with a play set, large sandbox and several outside toys. Weekly lesson plans that work on age appropriate developmental skills. Our day includes circle time, arts and crafts, sensory table, large muscle activities, dramatic play, blocks, music and movement, cooking/baking, puzzles and manipulatives and much more! Our daycare is here to give you the peace of mind needed to be satisfied and comfortable. We truly look forward to helping take care of your child!
