Business owner and I agreed upon an initial quote for a DEEP cleaning service of our new house prior to moving in. The quote was for a price range of $275-$325. Business owner and two employees came to perform the deep cleaning but did not complete the job. There were many surfaces left uncleaned, appliances were not cleaned inside or out, floors were not vacuumed or mopped (dirt and dust still remained), the showers and sinks still have mold and gunk around faucets and tiles. Afterwards I did my own cleaning and have many photos of the entire house remaining filthy.

I called the owner to request that they return to finish the job and I also requested a partial refund of the amount billed. She told me at that time that she was actually going to be charging my credit card $480! almost $150 more than the initial price quoted. I told her this was unacceptable. She agreed to only charge me $250 even though i am reluctant to even pay that amount as the job was not performed as agreed. She still charged my credit card for the full amount of $480 and has not issued a refund or returned my email, text or phone calls.
