NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CANCELED DAY OF MOVE. I booked H&G a month in advance for 3 men at 8am Saturday. The Monday before I called to confirm I was on their schedule for Saturday at 8am. They confirmed I was. At 8:09am I called when they didn't arrive. The lady said she would contact them and call me back. At 8:19 she called back and said they had a flat tire and she wouldn't be able to get another crew out to me until at least 9:30 or 10 if then. I offered to go pick them up and she said that wasn't possible. She also said they had no spare. I asked her to get people there as soon as she could since my husband is 69 and we couldn't load our furniture into our uhaul ourselves. At 8:50 she called back to say no one would be coming. She was canceling completely. I reminded her I had confirmed on Monday and that we couldn't physically do it ourselves. She didn't care. She said they were canceling. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY, NO HONOR AND DON'T HONOR THEIR BUSINESS COMMITMENTS.
