Gulf Bay Commercial And Residential Cleaning is an upcoming cleaning service ran by Donald and Keith L. We have a basic cleaning package which includes, two rooms being automatically deep cleaned. (Living room being one and the other room is your choice). All carpets will be vacuumed, bathrooms will be cleaned thoroughly, kitchen will be cleaned with appliances wiped down, all trash will be emptied cob webs will be removed, lamps and lamp shades will be dusted. We also will wipe down ceiling fans and clean the blinds. If we clean with you three times. The fourth cleaning will be free to show our appreciation. Then we have our premium package. That includes all rooms being deep cleaned and carpets shampooed, we will wipe down the and clean the inside of the refrigerator and dish washer. We will remove any type of mold and mildew. All furniture will be wiped down and polished. All trash cans will be emptied. Stove and inside of oven will be wiped down and cleaned. Everything included in your basic clean will be apart of the deep clean as well. Every three times we clean with you. The fourth one will be free! All door frames will be cleaned as well!
