These people are just crooks. We had been taking our puppy there for over a year with each pet grooming service getting worse and worse. We paid for their top grooming service called the "works" a service costing $55 complete with shampoo and conditioning, hair cut, trimming the nails included but they keep forgetting to actual cut the hair completely. We plan to tell all of our friends with dogs just how badly these people treated us and we will not ever recommend them for dog services of any kind. The rating we give them is a big fat zero although this site makes us give them at least a one star. They should be ashamed of ripping people off.
