Growing Minds Family Daycare is a Licensed home-based, non-smoking year round daycare. Located in Forest Hills/Rego Park. We are right off to the L.I.E. and Grand Central Expressway around 108th Street.
We care for children 6 weeks-12 years old.
We offer a Full and Part time (2,3 or 4 day) program.
Learning Fun, Homemade Healthy meals and snacks, Daily Outdoor Play, Arts and Crafts, Music and More!
Our hours are 6am-7pm Monday - Friday

I am Shell B, owner of Growing Minds Family Daycare. I have worked with children for over 30 years. I have raised three children who are now young adults. My childcare experience is not limit to raising just my own children. I have also owned a family daycare in Astoria before moving, babysat, tutored worked in two daycare centers as a Teacher's Assistant and a group family daycare.
I have a true passion for the growth of children through motivation, self-confidence, nurturing, learning fun and physical needs. I love inspiring them to love themselves and be the best they can be. My unique curriculum allows children to enjoy learning, build self-esteem and enjoy being children.
