Grosse Pointe Nursery School

Grosse Pointe Nursery School is owned by Crosspointe Christian Church. We offer half and full day preschool programs for children ages 2 - 5 yrs. A structured academic curriculum is provided within a loving environment. Our curriculum is designed to meet the social/emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs of children. Flexible scheduling and extended hours are included in our rates, 7:30a-6:00p/Mon-Fri year round. We have wonderful seasoned teachers with small class sizes in our spacious facility. PM enrichment classes are also available. All staff is CPR/First aid certified. Please call to schedule a tour at your convenience. We except FIA payments. Both indoor and outdoor spaces allow for movement and large motor activities. Daily outdoor play on over 9,000 sq ft of playground is part of our program. Quiet play also gives children some down time in the course of a long day and encourages socialization.

*Children want to feel secure, safe, and part of a community.
Both security and safety come in the form of a structured program built upon daily routines. Children feel comfortable and competent. Attachments between staff and students develop, friendships form, opportunities for caring arise, and kindnesses are shared.

*Children need respect.
One of the most valuable gifts that a child can receive is the sure knowledge that they are significant and that the important people in their lives respect them and delight in who they are. Children receive that gift at Grosse Pointe Nursery School.
