As you may know Griswold Home Care is the oldest in the industry and is focused on providing the best and most affordable non-medical home care in the industry. Simply put, we are focused on doing what is best for the client. In addition we are national partners with and have developed care giver courses for organizations such as the National MS Society, Alzheimer's Foundation of America, ALS Association, National Spinal Cord Injury Association, and the Arthritis Foundation.

Griswold Home Care has been a leader in bringing the best standards to the industry. All care givers are either CNA, HHA, LVN, LPN, or RN certified in California (current license). All care givers have passed a Griswold Home Care 17 step process (which generally takes 3 - 4 weeks), including a 50 state criminal background check, a minimum of (2) professional and (2) personal reference checks, behavioral interviewing tests, and a Griswold Home Care care giver test. Our services include Personal Care, Personal Assistance, Homemaking, and Companionship Services (see "Assistance Where It's Needed Most" for a complete list of services) and all are covered under our standard 2013 rate of $17.50 / hr or $175 / day live-in rate. We are the only organization that I am aware of that discloses its financial data and the only that funds, from profits and charitable contributions, a non-profit foundation providing non-medical home care to those in need who are otherwise unable to afford it.
