All our nannies go through an extensive screening process in which background checks, motor checks, drug checks, certifications and references are verified, finger printing and verification of names on sex offenders/misdemeanor federal list.
We offer a one-year guarantee for all our nanny placements and replace placements if clients request without an additional charge. Placements take anything from 24 hours to 2 weeks in which we apply due diligence and cautious care when conducting interviews with clients. Our professional placement coordinator initiates an in person interview with family to determine needs and only a select few of carefully screened candidates are brought to the clients.
