Have been going to this place for 2 years, never had a problem. Called them up to book another appointment for my aussie, the earliest they could get me in was 3 weeks out. Ok, not great, but I have liked their service so far, so we made do with it. On the day of the appointment (Saturday) got a phone call that the person who is supposed to groom him is out sick. Ok.... not great... So I gave them a call back, no one answers. It is well within their business hours, so I call back 3 more times over the period of an hour and a half. Still no answer. Im out doing errands and decide to pop in there, the business is open, I talk to one of the people, inform her of what has been going on, she apologizes and we discuss booking another appointment. We book it for 8am the next day (Sunday). Next day I am outside their door at 758am, the lights are off, the doors are locked and no one is answer the phone. I wait 15 minutes to see if anyone is going to show up... nothing. I call and leave a voicemail, telling them about my lack of appreciation for their service. An hour later I get a call, same lady who booked the 8 am appointment yesterday, she apologizes, she booked us for Tue not Sun. I told her that just wont work due to our working schedule, that we would need something after 5:30pm during the week days. Which is why we booked the appointment on a Sat, we are more free then. She says nothing.... I then tell her then that we are going to have to give this place a miss and take our business elsewhere due to the massive scheduling issues and lack of flexibility on their part. She says, "well I hope your day gets better."...REALLY! How is my day supposed to get better, we have been waiting on this appointment for 3 weeks. I was hoping that perhaps they would offer a better appointment time or try to squeeze us in given our loyalty to this place for years.. But I guess customer loyalty means nothing... Its a shame, my aussie liked coming here.
