I am a home daycare provider currently caring for my 3-month-old grandson. I am looking to add one family to my daycare setting ASAP. My experience includes raising two children, previously having an in-home daycare, extensive volunteer work with all ages in the Rochester Public School District, and most recently I worked for 13 years for the PAIIR ECFE Program in the Rochester Public School District. My hope would be to find a family needing care for one or two children in the infant/toddler/preschool age range but I am not opposed to early elementary as well. I currently use a preschool curriculum, 1-2-3 Learn Curriculum (an on-line curriculum) as well as curriculum ideas from PreschoolMom.com and other on-line resources. I also bring 13 years experience in an ECFE Family Literacy program, working with a diverse population here in Rochester. In those last 13 years, I have had background checks through Childcare Resource & Referral and the Rochester Public School District. I would be able to provide references upon request.
