Grandma Liz

I am a 55 year old grandmother, with 8 grandchildren, ranging in age from 18 years of age to 4 years old. I left the workforce 7 years previous, to stay at home and raise my 1 year old granddaughter. She is now 7 1/2 years old, doing extremely well in school, in the second grade & reading 3rd & 4th grade chapter books. I am also a PTA member at her school, and have volunteered numerous hours over the last 3 years since she has been in school. I am able to care for newborns, and children of various ages. I am very patient, and love to be around young children because they make me feel young, and I need the constant activity they require. I have my own transportation, with AAA insurance. I can prepare light meal, for breakfast & lunch. I can work in your home, or you can bring them to my home if preferred. I can transport children to school, activities, and drive them home if needed. I can help with elementary school homework, and also read with children. I do not have a state license, but I will be willing to take a background check, and give references from Family members, and Friends whose children I have cared for.
