Now that the new staff has taken over this has been a fiasco trying to get my pet the shots Dr. Graef once gave her. I called to find out what shot she had been given and no one could tell me, so I asked if a doctor could please tell me the shot they give for her condition they told me they did NOT know what they would give and wanted me to do a skin scrape once again after my dog was already diagnosed. The prices have gone up and the care has gone down. I now drive 1hr away to get the services my pet deserves.
