About
I am currently in the process of opening my own home-based daycare. My daycare, Graceful Garland and Pendants (a reference to Proverbs 1:8-9, ESV), will provide parents with a Christian environment for their children. It has been my experience that in-home daycares are preferable over commercial daycare centers (center-based daycares) for many reasons, and some of those reasons include the following: more flexibility, less risk of your child(ren) getting sick, and more bonding. Because of the smaller group of children (5 children maximum in my center), your child(ren) will receive more personal attention and care.
Some of my professional experience consists of the following: previous nanny and babysitting work, Activity Leader for the Kid Zone Enrichment Program (City of Tempe), Early Childhood Assistant Teacher, Assistant Preschool Teacher, Substitute Teacher (Pre-K through fifth grade), Pre-K Assistant Teacher, First Grade Assistant Teacher, and PAC (Paladin Adventure Club) Before & AfterCare Coordinator. I am a Christian woman with a great passion for working with children; and it would be my distinct honor and privilege to care for yours.
Details about Graceful Garland and Pendants: I will be moving soon and will celebrate my Grand Opening at my new location in Woodstock, Georgia, once I have 2 children enrolled. My goal is to celebrate the Grand Opening on Monday, April 20, 2020. Graceful Garland and Pendants' hours of operation will be: Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
