You re apart of the family now! Hello my name is Tracy. I ve been working with client from care.com since 2015. Being able to work with clients who are determined to stay in their homes have been very rewarding to me; therefore, I ve decided to turn my passion into a business. Graceful companion care have certified nursing assistants who are on the Minnesota nursing assistant registery. We also have personal care assistants as well.
