Our goal is to allow the client to maintain safety, hygiene, nutrition, and the dignity of staying in their own home with comfort of the familiarity of their own routines. Our care givers can assist in a wide variety of needs. Gentle reminders of hygiene, medication reminders, shopping, food prep, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry. Each client is unique to their own specific needs. Our flexible and customized service assists the client while giving piece of mind to the family of the loved one.
DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS:
Our care givers can bring ease to the often overwhelming aspects of health care. We can assist in scheduling and reminders of appointments. We can provide transportation and accompanying in doctor visits to assist in deciphering and executing information/treatment plan. Afterwards dropping off and pick up new or refilled prescriptions. While also reporting back to families keeping them up to date.
TRANSPORTATION:
Not being able to safely drive any more takes away a huge aspect of independence. Our care givers are available to assist in transportation to doctors appointments, running errands, grocery store shopping, hair salon and social outings to bingo, senior centers, visiting friends and family.
BEFORE DURING AND AFTER SURGERY CARE:
Our caring and compassionate staff can assist in any or all aspects of checking in and out of the hospital, transportation, luggage, admissions, companionship, gathering discharge instructions information, at home care, etc...
