Grace Christian Daycare

Grace Christian Daycare and School Age Programs provides quality child care on a full time or part time. Care is offered Monday through Friday for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Half day rates are $17 for up to 4.5 hours of care and Full Day rates are $30-32 for anything over 4.5 hours of care, depending on age. We also offer Before and After-School care for school-aged children from kindergarten to 6th grade. Morning care is from 7 am until bus pick and is $4 per day. The after school program runs from bus drop off until 6 pm for $6 per day. Homework help is provided.

We seek to help every child develop their self-esteem and potential through play, social interaction, art, music and, as they grow, reading, writing, mathematics, social studies and science in fun and creative ways.

Our staff is headed by Caitlin Steffens, of North Branch, who is trained and certified in New York state, as is our Daycare operation, by the Office for Child and Family Services (OCFS). Caitlin is currently working toward her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and hold a Bachelors Degree in Technology.

Our program is Christian in that our worldview is shaped by the Christian Gospel from John 3:16. We have prayers before meals and, from time-to-time speak of the love of God and saving grace of Christ Jesus with positive, kid-friendly talks that are ecumenically and interfaith sensitive.
