Grace Caregivers, LLC proudly accepts the CLTC Waiver through Medicaid Healthy Connections. We specialize in Hospice, Dementia, Alzheimer's and Companion Care for seniors. Whether care is needed at home, senior communities or rehabilitation facilities all throughout the Midlands of South Carolina we are always here to help. Our availability is part time, full time, 24 hour, emergency or just temporary care. We only employee the best CNAs who provide compassionate and loving care to every patient.
