Grace Care

Hey, my name is Grace and I am the owner, director and provider here at Grace Care's family child care. Every child is unique and I believe that the key to success is encouragement and praise. Grace Care's program is based on the belief that children learn best through positive interaction with one another, adults and environmental experiences. I focus on building every child's self-esteem and confidence through positive feedback and rewards. I believe in nurturing each child's natural strengths.
A child see's the world around them in wonder and awe, I believe in encouraging their natural curiosity. My role is to encourage each child's individual learning abilities and to help them move to new heights of understanding. One of the ways I do that is by modeling appropriate ways to relate to one another. The children of the world are our future. I plan to simply aid in molding the future of God's great earth.
Would you like to know a little bit more about me and my family? Well, I have been blessed with an overwhelming love and adoration for children. I find so much joy is watching my own children flourish every day. This is what has encouraged me to start Grace Care's family child care home. I want to see all children flourish in every aspect of their lives. I am often baffled by the great minds that are held inside such small children. I watch in amazement as these great minds grow even more every day! I can't wait to invite your child into my home as part of our family.
Grace Care's family child care home offers plenty of fun and educational activities for the children enrolled. On the first Tuesday of every month we head over the public library to enjoy story time and some fun crafts. The children also get to enjoy occasional field trips to other places like the Zoo and the park. Children get to enjoy a safe, clean, and organized environment every day. We do arts and crafts daily as well as the occasional lessons in baking.
The children's health is very important to us. Each child's tuition includes healthy meals and snacks at well-structured times. We are currently working on a beautiful spring garden where the children get to learn basic gardening skills. We have no pets and no one in the home smokes. We have a huge fenced backyard filled with plenty of fun outdoor toys to play and learn with.
